missing pictures

well, some blogworthy things have happened lately, so here i am again. first here are some sweet pictures taken new year's morning.

i didn't get any pictures on my camera from the night before. but it was filled with watching a giant bonfire, a visit from the fire marshal, dancing while wearing the kid's costumes, playing game cube on the wall, a fireworks show and great friends! toby and elliana barely talked to us the next morning because they were so excited to see all of their/our friends at our house. that was a christmas presents itself!

grrrr. well i've now tried twice to upload the pictures. and both times it failed due to an internal error. so this is part of my frustration with blogging. when i actually have time to sit down and blog, it takes forever or it doesn't even work!

so i will just share with you what i was going to post after this. i was painting my toe nails the other day and elliana came in and wanted hers painted. now i happened to be painting mine the color black this time around. so for elliana's very first toe nail painting experience, she has cute little black nails! i have pictures hopefully i can post later.

i also wanted to post pictures of elliana in her pink frilly tu-tu that my sister made her for christmas. it is precious! she calls herself a princess. this morning toby put his knight costume on, rode his stick horse around the house and pretended to fight the dragons. elliana wore her pink princess tu-tu, her blue high heel costume shoes, and walked around talking on her cell phone. usually she calls Bubba or Becca. Doesn't that scene describe them so well! haha

next time i have the time and energy to try and upload photos i'll add them to the blog. they really are some cute pictures.

oh and we visited uncle bubba's (my brother brandon) new apartment in dallas this weekend. we took a picture in every room to show raegan. so i'll try and post those too. :)
