we moved!

and the real reason that we haven't blogged in awhile, is that WE MOVED!! it finally happened! as most of you know, the farm has been working on building a duplex as more permanent housing for the staff. and after a long wait, it is finished enough for us to live here! i say finished enough, because right now we still dont have hot water and there are tools everywhere on the porch, the toilet room needs some work, etc. but it is livable! and we are loving it! we have both been waking up early and watching the sunrise from our recliners in the living room. this is now possible because we have WINDOWS! and we have closets! we even have a closet just for coats! we are living in luxury. we kept the kids together, sharing a bedroom. then we made the third room their playroom/guest room when necessary. we actually had our first guests last night. uncle bubba and molly. they came with us to some friends house for a little fajita party. we played botchie ball in their courtyard area. and by the way, david and i dominated. we dont know how, but we won about 5 out of 8 games. who knew our secret talent? we had fun with you brandon and molly; glad you came! :)
